All CoTreat users - including Practice Managers, Treatment Coordinators, Front Desk, and Dentists.


Common Login Scenarios & How to Fix Them


1. I’m new to CoTreat but don’t have a password

If your account has been created but you haven’t set a password yet:

  1. Go to the login page: https://practice.cotreat.com.au/login
  2. Click “Forgot your password?”
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your inbox and follow the link to set your password

💡 This is the fastest way to activate your account


2. I can’t log in (password not working)

  1. Double-check your email and password
  2. Try clicking “Forgot your password?” to reset it
  3. Follow the reset link sent to your email

💡 Password reset links can expire - if needed, request a new one


3. I’m not sure what my username/email is

In some clinics (especially multi-location setups), your login may not be your standard email.

Examples:

If you’re unsure:

  • Check with your Practice Manager or team member
  • Try any variations your clinic may use

4. I didn’t receive the password reset email

Check:

  • Spam or junk folder
  • That you entered the correct email

If still not received:

  • Try again after a few minutes
  • Or contact support

5. My login still isn’t working

If you’ve tried the above and still can’t access your account:

Email help@cotreat.com.au with:

  • Your name
  • Your clinic name
  • The email you’re trying to log in with

💡 Each user needs their own login - accounts aren’t shared
💡 Multi-location clinics may use slightly different email formats
💡 You can reset your password anytime - no need to remember the old one

  • Add CoTreat emails to your safe sender list to avoid missing reset emails
  • Log in regularly so you stay familiar with the system
